Construido en el año 2000, en un estilo estrictamente neocolonial, el Hotel Manantial mantiene la arquitectura local en la que se utilizaron materiales autóctonos, como paredes de adobe y cañas huecas para los techos. El hotel está situado a 500 metros del pueblo de Purmamarca, en la provincia de Jujuy, en la carretera nacional Nº 52, en el corazón de la «Quebrada de Humauaca» (garganta de Humauaca), que fue declarada Patrimonio Mundial Cultural y Natural por la UNESCO en 2003. Cuenta con 18 amplias y luminosas habitaciones estándar con vistas a los jardines y las montañas y una suite en la planta superior. Sala de recepción con capacidad para 120 personas y posibilidad de cerrar el porche del hotel aumentando la capacidad a 270 personas y posibilidad de cerrar el porche del hotel aumentando la capacidad a 270 personas.
