El Park Community Center ocupa un terreno de 15 acres en la ruta principal de autobús que pasa por Knowle. Se inauguró en 2000 como un centro de actividad comunitaria que incluía el aprendizaje, los negocios, los servicios de apoyo y el ocio. Los edificios están ubicados en un entorno agradable y ofrecen buenas instalaciones para adaptarse a una amplia gama de edades e intereses.
