The cozy, traditional holiday Hotel Marmotte in the typical Walliser Chalet style is in calm, central situation of the glacier village. In the midst of the highest mountains of Switzerland Saas Fee beds itself like a precious bead into the unaffected nature of the Walliser alpine mountain chain. In our restaurant, which is arranged in a typical rustically Valais- style, we treat you to afresh seasonal Swiss cuisine. The start of the day begins with fresh pastries, various cheeses and hearty cold cuts from the region, homemade herbal curd, healthy cereals, homemade yoghurts, Bircher muesli, homemade jams and generous choice of fresh fruits. In the evening we treat our guests with two 5-course-menus including big salad buffet with many homemade dressings.
