Cancelación La cancelación por parte del cliente con más de 180 días de antelación al evento supondrá una tarifa de gestión del 25% del depósito requerido pagado. El depósito se devolverá menos esta tarifa. La cancelación por parte del cliente dentro de los 179 días posteriores al evento dará lugar a la cancelación de TODAS las tarifas pagadas hasta la fecha. Si las fechas pueden revenderse, Midway reembolsará todas las tarifas pagadas menos la tarifa de gestión del 25%. Midway se reserva el derecho, previa notificación por escrito, de cancelar un evento en cualquier momento si el cliente no cumple con las Políticas establecidas por el museo. Dicha cancelación dará lugar al decomiso de todas las tarifas pagadas y el evento no se reprogramará.

Additional details

Los eventos nocturnos pueden comenzar a partir de las 6:30 p.m. durante un máximo de 4,5 horas hasta las 23:00 horas. Las tarifas de alquiler de locales los viernes y sábados por la noche se basan en la asistencia de 400 personas. Las tarifas de domingo a jueves se basan en la asistencia de 200 personas. Si desea un uso exclusivo del Midway, se aplicará un cargo adicional. Tenga en cuenta que las fechas más populares se reservan con un año de antelación.
