La Collegiata se encuentra en medio de un parque dentro de un bosque con los típicos cipreses toscanos que se extienden a lo largo de la colina. Cada habitación tiene algunos detalles arquitectónicos o colores que la hacen diferente de las demás habitaciones. Desde el estilo más rústico de la dependencia hasta la suite de dos pisos que tiene una enorme bañera de hidromasaje en el piso superior. Todas las habitaciones están decoradas según el estilo sobrio de la campiña toscana, con los colores típicos de los palacios de Siena, como el ocre, el verde oscuro y el burdeos, así como algunos toques de azul.
