Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?

Eco-Friendly Products We work on identifying safer products for our guests, employees and a natural ecosystem. Healthy, clean and fresh air in your room is safeguarded by our housekeeping staff through non-toxic hypoallergenic cleaning products. All our spa, guest bathroom and public restroom products — such as soaps, shampoo, and conditioner — are eco-friendly. We place glass bottles with purified water in all hotel rooms, suites, and villas for turndown service. Use of biodegradable corn and avocado products like beverage containers for welcome beverages and straws; are used in all restaurants and bars. Water dispensers have been installed in the gym to reduce plastic bottle usage. Reusable glass bottles are used for the resort turndown program. Our Comfort Zone Spa treatment line is free from silicone, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colors, and animal derivatives: all products are manufactured in Italy with electrical energy from renewable resources. We follow a garbage separation program.
