El hotel Hostería de San Millán fue inaugurado en 1995. Está ubicado en un ala del monasterio de Yuso, en San Millán de la Cogolla, que es la cuna de la lengua castellana y de los bienes de la humanidad. En este lugar coinciden una serie de valores artísticos, culturales e históricos, por eso es único, conformando un conjunto monumental muy importante. El hotel cuenta con 4 salas de reuniones ideales para eventos, funciones, conferencias y otras fiestas con capacidad para hasta 200 invitados en nuestro salón El Asador. Todas las salas están equipadas con la infraestructura necesaria para que su evento sea exitoso y memorable.
