El Eurostars Hotel Real está situado en la mejor y más tranquila zona residencial de la ciudad, entre el centro de la ciudad y El Sardinero. El hotel está a solo unos minutos de las playas y del casino, cerca del Palacio de la Magdalena y de los centros de festivales, conferencias y exposiciones. Contando tanto habitaciones como suites, el hotel cuenta con un total de 123 salas de estar, todas bien iluminadas, exteriores y amuebladas con buen gusto, con una gama completa de servicios y características innovadoras. Las salas de conferencias tienen techos altos, pero están muy alejadas de la tradicional y fría funcionalidad. Su decoración clásica nunca pasa de moda. Combinan elegancia y estilo con la última tecnología para reuniones, conferencias de prensa, presentaciones, etc. El hotel cuenta con 6 salas de reuniones para todo tipo de eventos.
