El Palacio Real de La Magdalena puede estar ubicado en la península del mismo nombre. Las Caballerizas Reales, junto con el Palacio, constituyen los edificios más importantes de la Península por su historia y su estrecha relación tanto con los veranos regios como con la Universidad Internacional. Además, están situados en una zona de especial riqueza paisajística, lo que aumenta su encanto, especialmente desde el final de la imprescindible rehabilitación, dirigida por Luis de la Fuente, en junio de 1994. Las Caballerizas Reales, junto con el Palacio, constituyen los edificios más importantes de la Península por su historia y su estrecha relación tanto con los veranos regios como con la Universidad Internacional. Además, están situados en una zona de especial riqueza paisajística, lo que aumenta su encanto, especialmente desde el final de la imprescindible rehabilitación, dirigida por Luis de la Fuente, en junio de 1994. Fue restaurado en la década de 1990 por Luis de la Fuente, quien modificó algunos elementos del edificio, integrándolo en el sitio de las Caballerizas. También lo dotó de elementos modernos que eran esenciales para su uso. El salón de actos consta de un auditorio con capacidad para 350 personas y todos los recursos técnicos para la organización de congresos.
