Ubicado en Santo Domingo de Heredia, un pequeño pueblo a unos 10 minutos al norte de San José, el Hotel Bougainvillea cuenta con 81 habitaciones, la mayoría con dos camas matrimoniales, baño privado, ventilador, teléfonos de línea directa, televisión por cable, secador de pelo, cafetera y despertador con radio. Las habitaciones con balcón ofrecen vistas a nuestros hermosos jardines o a la ciudad de San José. Además, nuestro edificio es una instalación libre de humo (tenemos algunas habitaciones para fumadores disponibles que se pueden reservar a pedido). Con sus 8 acres de cuidado Con unos cuidados jardines tropicales, el oasis verde del Hotel Bougainvillea cuenta con más de 50 especies de bromelias, árboles nativos de Costa Rica y numerosas especies de jardines de orquídeas, hierbas y cactus; y, naturalmente, los famosos y radiantes colibríes típicos del Valle Central de Costa Rica. Además, ofrecemos un refugio de protección para las «ranas cafeteras» en un esfuerzo por salvarlas de la extinción.
