Shearwater on Sea is situated along the Garden Route, a majestic and popular scenic stretch of the south-eastern coast, treating visitors to some of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in South Africa. Located in the town of Sedgefield, Shearwater on Sea is mere 50 meters from Myoli Beach. Sedgefield is a popular kite surfing area, but presents a variety of water sports from boating, canoeing, windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing and is also a veritable paragliding mecca. The area has an abundance of fascinating fauna & flora hidden in a network of Fynbos, offering bird watchers a treasure trove of varied and beautiful bird species to be found within the different eco-systems. Shearwater on Sea self catering units all vary in size and each one is designed for open plan living areas , separate bedrooms and bathrooms with fully equipped kitchens. The decor is fresh and each unit also has a patio with braai facilities. The swimming pool , kiddies play area and games room are located safely in the centre of the Resort.
