La Isla es uno de los restaurantes más tradicionales de la ciudad. Fue fundada en 1946, ha sufrido muchos cambios hasta que realmente aparece. En realidad, el restaurante tiene dos comedores, uno en el primer piso y el otro en el segundo piso, el último tiene un comedor privado para 18 comensales. Su capacidad total es de unos 100 comensales aproximadamente. Cuenta con puestos en el exterior para disfrutar del buen tiempo que suele caracterizar a Sevilla. La carta es amplia y tiene variedad, sus productos son de la mejor calidad y su bodega cuenta con vinos de toda la geografía española. Para destacar sus carnes de buey de Galicia, platos de pescado y marisco de Galicia y del litoral andaluz, arroces con langosta o marisco y postres caseros.
