La finca Sugnall es una finca rural pequeña pero tradicional de 1300 acres, con granjas, cabañas, su salón y un huerto amurallado. La familia actual lo posee desde finales del siglo XIX. La historia de la finca está aquí. El antiguo salón fue demolido en su mayor parte alrededor de 1880, dejando solo los sótanos y el ala de la cocina. Sin embargo, su granja natal permanece y es donde se celebran los mercados de agricultores. El jardín amurallado era su huerto. La sala actual se encuentra en un sitio diferente. El centro de negocios frente al jardín amurallado ofrece un ambiente de trabajo tranquilo en un agradable entorno rural. Se inauguró en 1999 y recibió el Premio de Conservación en 2000 del Ayuntamiento de Stafford y un premio CPRE por su delicada conversión.
