Hartlip Place es una hermosa casa georgiana construida en 1812 por William Bland. Tiene un ambiente auténtico y familiar y ofrece un oasis de calma y confort. La casa está orientada al sur, alejándose del carril para crear una atmósfera de paz y aislamiento. Está ubicado en cuatro acres de jardines y bosques que incluyen un jardín de rosas «secreto» y dos estanques ornamentales. La habitación con dosel, con vista a los jardines frontales, tiene una hermosa cama con dosel. Ha sido sede de ceremonias civiles desde 1989 y también se enorgullece de haber celebrado una de las primeras ceremonias de unión civil en 2006. En la casa se pueden celebrar pequeñas recepciones (20 personas para una comida sentada o hasta 60 personas para bebidas y canapés).
