El ala oeste es un lugar totalmente accesible con un auditorio con capacidad para 250 personas, un estudio de baile, salas de reuniones, espacio para exposiciones y estacionamiento gratuito. Es el hogar de RIFCO Arts, Creative Junction y la Fundación Degree Arts in Dance de la Academia Creativa.
