Hanwha Resort Seorak is located in Sockcho City in the Northeastern region of Korea, which is famous for its magnificent Mt. Seorak. Sockcho is not only famous for the mountain ranges but also for beautiful beaches and ports. Other tourist attractions include Mt. Seorak National Park, Cheoksan, Hot Spring, Sound Museum (Chamsori), various Buddhist Temples, Teddy Bear Museum and many others. The resort has a total of 1,564 rooms, with 18-hole membership golf course, Water Park, movie set and lake. The water park, ‘Waterpia’, was the first water park built in Korea and is most famous for its mineral water.
