El Saracens Head Hotel es un hotel histórico de gestión familiar situado en el corazón de Southwell, Nottinghamshire. En abril de 2011, el hotel ha sido objeto de una amplia renovación que incluye todas las áreas públicas y habitaciones. El hotel ofrece 27 habitaciones con baño privado, una de las cuales fue la más famosa por alojar al rey Carlos I la noche antes de que se rindiera a los comisionados escoceses durante la Guerra Civil.
