El Grupo puede cancelar el evento y Markham reembolsará el importe total del depósito si dicha cancelación se realiza al menos veintiún (21) días antes de la fecha del evento y solo si Markham puede volver a reservar el lugar para la misma fecha. Si el Grupo cancela el Evento menos de veintiún (21) días antes de la fecha del Evento, el Depósito se perderá en su totalidad. Cláusula COVID-19. Si Markham Vineyards no puede organizar el evento presencial de The Group debido a las pautas federales, estatales o locales, The Group puede aplicar el depósito a una fecha posterior sin costo adicional. Las fechas futuras están sujetas a disponibilidad. Si el evento presencial no se puede reprogramar para una fecha posterior, el Grupo puede solicitar el reembolso total del depósito dentro de los 30 días posteriores al evento.
