Grupos - Bloques de solo habitaciones para pasar la noche: nuestro objetivo es de 10 a 60 (puede parecer un poco más grande) CORPORATIVO: los grupos pequeños (de 10 a 30 son perfectos) son perfectos. Perfecto para salas de reuniones y pernoctaciones. SMERF: somos perfectos para equipos: solo 2 tipos de habitaciones: king con cama plegable y dobles con 2 camas dobles y cama plegable, desayuno buffet gratuito, fácil acceso a la mayoría de los lugares deportivos locales, aparcamiento gratuito en autobús para grupos de cruceros: ubicación perfecta, estamos a unos 20 minutos del puerto de cruceros, servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto de Tampa (de 10 a 15 minutos), paquetes de estacionamiento ampliados, empresa de transporte (de pago) que recoge a los pasajeros de nuestra puerta al puerto. GOBIERNO: enorme, ubicado a solo 20 minutos de MacDill, estamos en una de las áreas más pobladas con opciones gastronómicas y de entretenimiento y más cerca del aeropuerto. No hay mucho que ofrecer fuera de MacDill. Fines de semana en Tampa, especialmente fuera de temporada: de mediados de abril a septiembre tienden a ser más lentos, por lo que normalmente podemos ofrecer una tarifa más competitiva durante ese tiempo.
