Política de cancelación

Si la Parte Contratante notifica al Director de Eventos Especiales la cancelación del evento, Lyndhurst reembolsará los depósitos y pagos de la siguiente manera: seis (6) meses o más antes de la fecha del evento, reembolso completo (menos una cuota de procesamiento de 500$ y la cuota de membresía); entre cinco (5) y seis (6) meses, la mitad (½) de la tarifa de alquiler del sitio y el depósito (menos una cuota de procesamiento de 500$ y la cuota de membresía); y menos de cinco (5) meses, no se reembolsará dinero. En los casos en que la Parte Contratante deba cancelar el Evento debido a un conflicto de programación, el depósito puede aplicarse a una nueva fecha de contrato y evento, siempre que el Evento se reprograme dentro del mismo año fiscal del contrato original firmado. Sin perjuicio de los términos anteriores de este párrafo, en caso de cancelación del Evento por parte de la Parte Contratante, Lyndhurst hará todo lo posible de buena fe para revender el bloque de tiempo para el Evento y, si se produce una reventa al mismo precio que el Evento, se devolverá a la Parte Contratante el importe total del depósito de alquiler (menos una cuota de procesamiento de 500$ y la cuota de membresía).

CALENDARIO DE PAGOS: La mitad de la tarifa de alquiler, la cuota de membresía y el depósito de seguridad por un monto de 3.250,00 dólares vence y se paga al firmar el contrato de uso especial de la propiedad para reservar la fecha del evento. Si el contrato firmado y el pago no se reciben dentro de las dos (2) semanas posteriores a la fecha de la firma, la reserva se cancelará automáticamente. El saldo de la tarifa de alquiler, por un importe de 2.250,00$, vence en su totalidad dos semanas antes de la fecha del evento o antes. Elija uno de los cuatro servicios de catering necesarios: Catering by DoubleTree, Philip Stone Caterers o Regal Caterers, Le Moulin Event Planning & Catering o Sterling Affair. Tenting es de Party Line Tent Rentals de Elmsford, Nueva York.
