Acerca de nosotros
El Hotel Anton, la propiedad que ahora es el hotel, ha sido creado mediante la reconstrucción de edificios históricos de la antigua destilería cooperativa de Lihovar. La historia de la propiedad se remonta al siglo XVI, donde se encuentran las primeras referencias escritas a la producción ya establecida de licores fermentados a partir de patatas. Los documentos escritos de 1877 hablan de la destilería como parte de la finca Telč, cuyo propietario era Leopoldo IV (de la casa de Podstatzky-Lichtenstein). Con el paso del tiempo, la propiedad cambió y, tras la nacionalización en 1945, la propiedad pasó a formar parte de una organización para la fabricación de bebidas espirituosas derivadas de la patata. En 1969 se había establecido una destilería, principalmente para la producción de slivovitz y coñac a partir de productos locales.
