El restaurante que convirtió la comida fuera de casa en un evento. El lugar para visitar, un enorme restaurante con un ambiente muy ajetreado. El diseño moderno y minimalista del restaurante y bar de cócteles añade un toque limpio a una experiencia gastronómica normalmente tradicional. El Ristorante Bianco también cuenta con uno de los restaurantes privados mejor equipados del sur de la isla, ideal para bodas, eventos corporativos, fiestas navideñas y banquetes para hasta 50 personas.
