In 2004, chef Daniel launched Granny’s Golden Oven across from a hospital, offering health-conscious meals that quickly gained popularity among the staff. His dedication to quality earned him a decade-long partnership with the Military, providing nutritious lunches for recruits five days a week. Eager to expand his horizons, chef Daniel ventured into fine dining, collaborating with top-tier caterers and executive chefs.
