Política de cancelación

Los eventos pueden reprogramarse si se nos notifica 60 días antes de un evento entre semana (de lunes a jueves). En el caso de un evento de fin de semana, debemos recibir una notificación con al menos 6 meses de antelación para que podamos tener la oportunidad de reservar el evento. El depósito no es reembolsable. Si un tercero reserva un nuevo evento para la misma fecha por la que cancelaste, te reembolsaremos el importe depositado menos 250$ por problemas. El servicio ofrecido por Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC es único y Oakleaf hace los arreglos con bastante antelación al evento propiamente dicho. Si cancela este contrato, Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC sufrirá daños debido a sus obligaciones con esos servicios y a su incapacidad reservar esas fechas para recuperar las pérdidas. Estas pérdidas son difíciles de medir. Por lo tanto, si cancela este contrato en cualquier momento hasta 24 semanas antes del evento, Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC tiene el derecho de retener los depósitos como daños liquidados para compensar los gastos y pérdidas que resulten de la cancelación del contrato por su parte.
