Historia de la cervecería Toen we eind 2000 een particuliere bierproeverij begonnen, had niemand kunnen dromen dat we 15 jaar later een superbrouwerij tot onze beschikking zouden hebben. Destijds heette de bierproeverij nog «de Orde van de Natte Mus» met als logo twee mussen met een biertje in hun nest. Tijdens het proeven groeide de interesse voor alles wat met bier te maken had, we proefden ook af en toe minder lekkere bieren maar na een tijdje ontstond er een gevoel «dat kunnen we misschien beter zelf doen».
