Situado en el corazón de Cowes, The Fountain Inn es conocido por ser un excelente punto de encuentro central para lugareños, turistas y amantes de los yates. La fuente y el puerto deportivo en la parte trasera del edificio datan de 1793 y Cowes cobra vida en junio de cada año para la regata Round the Island. El verano sigue siendo un hervidero de actividad y lo más destacado es la regata de la Semana de Cowes durante la primera semana de agosto.
