El restaurante Cal Ganxo se encuentra en Masmolets, un pequeño pueblo cerca de Valls que data de la Edad Media. Cal Ganxo es una casa con vestigios góticos que conserva su historia y pedigrí. Su bodega y sus espaciosos comedores datan del siglo XVIII y son únicos en la zona. El comedor principal está ubicado en el corazón de la bodega, que está presidido por una prensa de grandes dimensiones y cada rincón donde guardaban y elaboraban vino y aceite de vez en cuando. El resto de comedores ocupan habitaciones, dormitorios y otras estancias de la casa, lo que los convierte en un espacio adecuado para grupos privados. Se han realizado pequeñas adaptaciones para brindar la máxima comodidad respetando la autenticidad de los orígenes. De esta forma, el cliente puede disfrutar de la cocina tradicional y su servicio en un espacio encantador.
