El Spread Eagle Inn es un excelente hotel de 4 estrellas de West Country en la finca Stourhead, uno de los jardines más famosos del National Trust. A solo 150 metros del impresionante lago y de los paseos del jardín, es un entorno hermoso y tranquilo. Tenemos dos salas de reuniones disponibles para bodas, bautizos y otras ocasiones especiales. Ofrecemos cinco habitaciones con baño para no fumadores. Las grandes ventanas georgianas, algunos techos bajos y los pisos irregulares dan carácter a las habitaciones con objetos de la colección antigua del Trust, muebles de época, muebles suaves hechos a mano y pintados con colores suaves de Farrow & Ball que dan a las habitaciones un ambiente confortable de casa de campo.
