Política de cancelación

En caso de cancelación del Evento por parte del Cliente, el depósito de seguridad NO ES REEMBOLSABLE. Si el evento se cancela más de 90 días antes del evento y TGS puede volver a reservar un evento similar en el mismo fecha, TGS puede, a su entera discreción, reembolsar el depósito de seguridad, menos una tarifa administrativa del veinte por ciento (20%). Si el El evento se cancela con 90 días o menos de antelación al evento, todos los depósitos NO SON REEMBOLSABLES. Todas las cancelaciones deben hacerse por escrito y entregarse al director de eventos de TGS. Si TGS no puede cumplir su contrato obligación en virtud de este Acuerdo, por cualquier motivo, que no sea la falta de pago u otro incumplimiento del Cliente, todos los depósitos lo recibido por TGS se devolverá al Cliente sin que TGS deba más penalizaciones ni responsabilidades al Cliente.
