The Aotea Lodge located in Newzealand is the perfect accommodation for holiday makers, tourists, family groups, Wellington Interislander ferry travellers, business people and conference functions. It offers 35 stylish accommodation including studio units, family units, Superior studios, Superior family units, Access units and three conference venues that offer state of the art facilities for up to 100 participants. Its venues are ideal for conferences, workshops and presentations.

Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.

Política de cancelación

2 weeks notice required for cancellations for all school and public holiday period bookings and also for special events and for conferences. In particular for conferences, a written notice is required to confirm the cancellation prior 2 weeks of actual conference day. Otherwise, full charge of the conference (venue hire + catering charges) applies. For all other times, cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit of 10% of the booking value may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours (2 days) from 2pm Check-In* notice or No Show will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged unless we are able to resell the booking. If we are successful in on-selling the booking for you, in whole or in part, we shall refund you as appropriate less a $25 admin charge per sale. *Group Bookings - bookings with 3 and more rooms is considered as a group booking. Long term Bookings - bookings for more than 7 days is considered as a long term booking. Group Bookings and Long Term Bookings Cancellation Policy Aotea Lodge advises that the following cancellation policy applies for all group bookings and long term bookings: All reservations must be accompanied by A Valid Credit Card And An Advance Deposit. 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made up to two months before the booked date incur no charge. Thereafter, the total booking amount is payable. Corporate Group Booking Policy Aotea Lodge advises that the following cancellation policy applies for all Corporate bookings: All reservations must be accompanied by A Valid Credit Card and Advance Deposit or prior agreed to be invoiced. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of checkout. Cancellations made prior to two months on corporate bookings incur no charge. Thereafter the total booking amount is payable.

Our accommodation complex includes 35 spacious ensuites units in a range of standard studio, standard family (including 2 access units), superior studio, and superior family units. All units are equipped with fridge, 40’’ SMART OLED TV, hair dryer, heating, tea/coffee making facilities. Aotea Lodge provides you and your family a perfect holiday stopover despite the weather condition. Ample of FREE car parks for Big Trucks, Buses, camper vans and cars.
