No fumar en el alojamiento, solo en las áreas dedicadas a fumar. Somos un centro libre de mascotas, solo se permiten perros de servicio en nuestra propiedad.

Política de cancelación

Política general de cancelación de ARCG Una vez que se nos envía el depósito, no es reembolsable ni transferible. Modificaremos los contratos para reducir las obligaciones financieras mínimas (número de huéspedes) hasta 120 días después de la fecha del retiro. Transcurridos los 120 días, los contratos solo se pueden modificar para aumentar la obligación financiera mínima (número de huéspedes). Una vez creado y aprobado el contrato, si se cancela (incluso antes de enviar el depósito), se le cobrará al grupo 5$ por participante en concepto de tarifa de cancelación. Esta tarifa se destina a lo que se cobra a ARCG por los gastos de software (incluso en el caso de que se cancele el retiro). No se ofrecen reembolsos dentro de los 7 días de la reserva, ya que la obligación financiera mínima del grupo vence en esta fecha. Si tu grupo nos ha asignado un número de huéspedes y tú lo reduces, cambias huéspedes por otros huéspedes o te presentas con menos huéspedes que los paquetes solicitados, aplicaremos un cargo por cancelación tardía de 5$ por persona para cubrir los costes de nuestro software. Esta tarifa se añadirá a la factura final. La tarifa de cancelación es adicional a cumplir con el recuento mínimo de huéspedes según lo establecido en el contrato. Se te cobrará el número mínimo de huéspedes (más los huéspedes adicionales), más las tarifas establecidas en la política de cancelación una vez transcurridos los 120 días.

Nuestra propiedad tiene varias características únicas. Tenemos un recorrido en tirolesa galardonado. De hecho, tenemos dos experiencias de tirolesa de 2,5 horas en nuestra propiedad (y lo que es mejor, nuestros huéspedes que pernoctan reciben tarifas exclusivas). Tenemos muchos senderos hermosos enclavados a lo largo de nuestro bosque de secuoyas. Y, por último, no solo tenemos las típicas literas de un campamento/centro de conferencias, sino que también tenemos 4 cabañas y 6 yurtas en casas en los árboles (5 en lo alto de los árboles, 1 ADA). No encontrará todas estas comodidades únicas en un hermoso lugar en ningún otro lugar.
