Se puede contratar para funciones sentadas con un máximo de 40 personas o para funciones de pie con un máximo de aproximadamente 60 personas. El Conservatorio es un área que puede contratarse conjuntamente con Brooklands para una función importante o, alternativamente, contratarse por su cuenta. El área exterior está disponible para alquiler privado, sola o junto al conservatorio.
