The Chichester se creó en 1975 a partir de edificios agrícolas reformados con vigas de roble, renovados y ampliados adecuadamente; The Chichester es, sin duda, el principal lugar para eventos dentro del triángulo que limita con Basildon, Southend y Chelmsford en el que se encuentra.
