The Chichester se creó en 1975 a partir de edificios agrícolas reformados con vigas de roble, renovados y ampliados adecuadamente; The Chichester es, sin duda, el principal lugar para eventos dentro del triángulo que limita con Basildon, Southend y Chelmsford en el que se encuentra. Ubicado en un entorno de tierras de cultivo abiertas en el cinturón verde y con estacionamiento para 160 autos, nos especializamos en la restauración de todo tipo de celebraciones: recepciones de bodas y ceremonias civiles, cenas con baile, cenas anuales, reuniones de clubes y de negocios, etc. La habitación Tudor y el Essex Barn, con vigas de roble, son suites independientes, cada una con bar y pista de baile. Disponemos de una amplia gama de menús para banquetes y, para eventos menos formales, nos complace poder ofrecer un menú de opciones múltiples para hasta 160 comensales, sin necesidad de preselección. Para una fiesta con buffet, se pueden alojar hasta 225 invitados.
