El Hotel du Vin & Bistro York se encuentra en la zona conocida como The Mount, cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad de York. El Hotel du Vin York es un hotel boutique de lujo único ubicado en un hermoso edificio catalogado de grado II que data de principios del siglo XIX. Antiguamente una residencia privada, un orfanato y, más recientemente, el edificio Shepherd Homes, el hotel alberga 44 elegantes habitaciones y exquisitas suites complementadas con camas impecables y lujosas sábanas egipcias.
