El Balneario de Cestona, prácticamente destruido en 1983, ha resurgido con entusiasmo, como el Grand Hotel Balnerio Cestona ha mantenido su tradición e historia, llevando a cabo una importante renovación de servicios, estructuras y dependencias, pero fiel a la forma de finales del siglo XIX y de la «Belle Epoque». El Grand Hotel Balnerio Cestona ha incorporado modernas instalaciones para la comodidad de los pasajeros con elementos únicos del siglo XIX que transportan a los visitantes a un entorno único en el que se percibe el sabor de la autenticidad. En la actualidad, el hotel cuenta con 127 habitaciones (individuales, dobles y suites), repartidas en las tres plantas del edificio con amplios pasillos y salas, completando una capacidad de 232 asientos totalmente renovada. Los espaciosos comedores del Cestona Spa son perfectos para celebrar todo tipo de reuniones en torno a la comida. Debido a su gran capacidad y versatilidad, el hotel es el escenario perfecto para todo tipo de celebraciones: reuniones familiares, sociales y de negocios. Es el escenario ideal para desfiles de moda, ferias comerciales, sindicatos, conciertos y conferencias.
