Waldhotel Schäferberg - Your Hotel near Kassel Only 10 minutes away from Kassel. At the edge of Habichtswald and Reinhardswald, in the middle of the green, lies the family-run Waldhotel Schäferberg. Your walk through the forest starts at the front door. In winter, the crackling fireplace in the cozy hotel lobby invites you to linger. In summer, the cozy garden terrace beckons. The light-flooded winter gardens and restaurants offer enough space to enjoy a delicious meal. Warm hospitality, first-class cuisine with culinary delights of regional and international cuisine await you at the Waldhotel Schäferberg. The 15 function rooms for up to 150 people offer you the perfect setting for professional meetings and unforgettable celebrations in the heart of Germany. The well-coordinated team of experienced and motivated employees contributes to your all-round well-being. The hotel offers: • 96 rooms with 180 beds • Elevators to all areas – making the entire hotel barrier-free • 250 free parking spaces around the hotel • Garages (for a fee) • Four electric charging stations • Two restaurants • Hotel bar • Spacious garden terrace • Finnish sauna with outdoor area • Fitness equipment • Rental bicycles (subject to availability) • Games room with pool, foosball, and table tennis • Many different rooms for parties and meetings • Dogs are welcome in the hotel (for a fee – max. 2 dogs per room).
