Event Insurance

Event insurance may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel this Agreement upon notice in writing, by the signer of this Agreement, delivered to Main Street Wedding and Event Venue. Clients will forfeit all fees paid to cover lost revenue, costs, and expenses. If your event is more than 60 days out, we will happily try to accommodate you in rescheduling your event, in which case all payments, minus a $100 reschedule fee, will go towards the new date. If you need to cancel, please send notice in writing as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the event the Clients forfeit the Rental Fee paid to Main Street and Main Street shall have no obligation to refund any payments or apply any previous payments toward a future date.
