Situated on the Exeter ship canal, you cannot beat the Double Locks for its location. Whether you’re after a family day out, celebrating a birthday, engagement, retirement, or just wanting a lazy summer's afternoon next to the water, the Double Locks is for you. At the Double Locks we love any reason to hold a party, celebration or event. We have a large Marquee which is fully furnished, well covered, lit and heated. This can accommodate around 100 people for a sit down function or 150 for a stand up function. It also has a large fully stocked bar to cater to your needs. For the small gatherings or meetings of 30 people we also have the barn room which is available with the marquee or on its own.
