Cancellation Policy

Venue does not issue refunds. In the event you need to cancel or postpone your event more than 60 days prior to your reservation date Accasia’s Event Venue will honor your deposits for space rentals as a credit to be used within 1 year from the date of your current reservation based on availability. Client will not be able to downgrade reservation. If you cancel/postpone 60 days or less before the reservation date you will forfeit all your deposit.
