At Junction 25 your experience starts long before you arrive at our venue, our attentive and friendly staff will ensure that every aspect and detail of your booking is considered to ensure your peace of mind for the event itself. Our 6 rooms each have natural light, air conditioning and are equipped with smart screens, whiteboards and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Our largest room, the Kirkdale Room, can seat 110 people theatre style and all our rooms are flexible with a variety of layouts. All rooms can be booked for half day, full day or even a couple of hours. Junction 25 Conference & Meeting Venue is located within 2 minutes from Junction 25 of the M62, midway between Manchester and Leeds, in Brighouse. There is free on site parking for over 100 vehicles and with ramped access, wide corridors, lifts and disable toilets throughout the building you can be assured that Junction 25 caters for all. A wide variety of catering options are available. Please speak to us about any dietary needs required. Shibden Hall
Museo
Shibden Hall dates back to 1420 and offers visitors a fascinating journey through the lives of the people who lived and worked here, including the noted diarist Anne Lister (1791 - 1840).
Shibden Hall’s architecture is a mix of styles reflecting its interesting and varied history. The adjacent 17th century aisled barn and workshops house a carriage collection and displays relating to different crafts, including a blacksmiths, coopers, wheelwrights and saddlers.
The Hall is surrounded by the beautifully restored gardens and estate that forms Shibden Park. There are a range of features and attractions, including a cafe and visitor facilities, miniature railway, boating lake, walking trails, play area, orienteering course and woodland in which to roam.
Shibden Hall is the focus of the BBC drama series written by Sally Wainwright, 'Gentleman Jack' exploring the life of Anne Lister (1791 - 1840) and those who lived in the Hall and Estate. The first series aired in 2019 and the second series in 2022.

The Grade I listed Piece Hall, Halifax is a rare and precious thing, an architectural and cultural phenomenon which is absolutely unique. It is the sole survivor of the great eighteenth century northern cloth halls, a class of buildings which embodied the vital and dominant importance of the trade in hand woven textiles to the pre-industrial economy of the West Riding of Yorkshire, from the Middle Ages through to the early nineteenth century.
Dating from 1779, when it was built as a Cloth Hall for the trading of ‘pieces’ of cloth (a 30 yard length of woven woollen fabric produced on a handloom), The Piece Hall was the most ambitious and prestigious of its type and now stands in splendid isolation as the only remaining example. It is one of Britain’s most outstanding Georgian buildings.
