We are the only restaurant to seed and grow fresh lettuce and sprouts (in our main dining room, to be exact) and we serve only Ocean-Wise certified seafood. Our wine list showcases primarily VQA wines, including selections from B.C., and we feature Canadian rye in many of our creative cocktails. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
