Refund policy there is a 5% processing fee on all refunds.  100% refund minus 5% processing fee for cancellations made 60 days before check in. 50% refund minus 5% processing fee for cancellations made 30 days before checkin. No refund on cancellations made 29 days or less before checkin.  We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance as we cannot provide rain refunds or refunds due to weather.
