Gartenhotel Voelserhof is a 4 star hotel located in Fie Allo Sciliar. In front of the Volserhof, lies the idyllic pond, where the blue sky and the Dolomites are reflected. The guest rooms are well furnished & well equipped. Its new comfort rooms truly merit their name, while the new suites offer a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and wellness. The refined atmosphere at the large dining hall & the cosy living room invite smaller groups for parties & private gatherings. it offers hearty meals from the local cuisine, delicacies from the intersection of two (culinary) cultures and savoury dishes from the well catered cellar.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
