Epsom is situated between Junction 8 and 9 of the M25, and is also easily accessible by rail from both London Waterloo and London Victoria. Epsom Downs is a truly unique venue for Conferences, Meetings, Seminars and other business events. With stunning views over the famous racecourse on one side and across London on the other, Epsom Downs has a range of suites available to choose from for your Wedding Reception, seating from 10 guests to 360. The striking Queen's Stand is Epsom's purpose built Conference Centre with a selection of suites with capacities varying from 10 to 400 guests and private boxes for more intimate events. We have seven main suites which stylishly accommodate between 10-400 guests. All rooms have balconies with breathtaking views over the Epsom Downs and the City of London.

Epsom Downs Racecourse has two Grandstands with 33 meetings and events suites. We have ample onsite parking with 230 hard standing spaces and overflow car parks up to 10,000.
