That’s why, when it comes to design, we’ve taken design notes from across the world. In the bar, neutral tones offset colourful nods to far-flung lands. Cool marble and polished glass rub shoulders with woven textures and vintage furniture, all lit by an eclectic collection of traditional lamps and lanterns. The bar menu’s similarly diverse, with its tantalising mix of classic cocktails and signature originals, local tipples and tasty snacks. Come morning, the healthy breakfast and barista coffee will set you up for a day of diplomacy (or lakeside daydreaming). To get a breath of fresh Swiss air, head to one of the two terraces, coffee or cocktail in hand. In your room, you’ll experience our unique Lean Luxury style, with a big, comfy bed, a rainfall shower and soft, fluffy towels. Woven motifs in the wood panelling and macramé artwork above the bed speak to the city’s intertwining cultures and styles. And a Marshall amp’s on hand to give your globe-trotting playlist a boost.
