Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventures offers a fun sightseeing tour + attraction. Born on September 2006 in the heart of Downtown Miami within Bayside Marketplace, to provide a unique sightseeing tour to local, national and international customers, offering daily public tours and private charters. Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.

Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant originating from Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from the Mediterranean, including Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece. The Brooklyn Comedy Collective is a comedy theater and school in Brooklyn with a mission to produce irreverent, fearless shows from a wide range of voices and inspire students to approach performance from a place of joy and fierceness. From year-round comedy classes to workshops for businesses large and small to improv festivals and live comedy produced Tues-Sundays nights in East Williamsburg, we celebrate anyone who wants to let their freak flag fly. We offer a wide array of classes in improv, sketch, and stand-up and more - available year-round at our fabulous training centers in North Brooklyn - The Dog House (137 Montrose Ave, Brooklyn) & The Pig Pen (144 Boerum St, Brooklyn). Just a 1 minute walk away, we produce shows Tuesday-Sunday at our two-floor, kick-ass theater called Eris (167 Graham Ave, Brooklyn).
