Ovet avattiin toukokuussa 1997 ja olemme olleet onnekkaita siitä lähtien! Tavoitteenamme on, että sinä vieraana arvostat hyvää ruokaa miellyttävässä, mutta yksinkertaisessa ympäristössä sekä kotoisaa oloa ja hauskaa! Kun Gotan kanava, laituri, veneet ja sillanvartiomiehen hytti on aivan ulkopuolella, Idan Bryggan on helppo täyttää odotukset. Sisällä on perinteisen ruotsalaisen kalakauppiaan ominaisuuksia, joissa on leveät laudat ja paljon puisia yksityiskohtia. Ruokalista on moderni ja monipuolinen huolimatta keittiön intohimosta kalaruokien valmistamiseen. Filosofiamme on käyttää todella hyviä tuotteita ruoanlaitossa ja mahdollisuuksien mukaan lähialueelta. Syitä, miksi pidämme tuotteitamme niin tärkeänä, ovat maku, ympäristö ja hyvä laatu.
