Snowcastle-kausi alkaa 26. tammikuuta 2014 ja päättyy 6. huhtikuuta 2014. Lumilinna on avoinna sesongin aikana päivittäin klo 10—18. Joka vuosi Lumilinna on erilainen ja täynnä jännittäviä elämyksiä, sillä Lumilinna rakennetaan uuden jokaisen talvikauden alussa. Siksi sen sisältö ja arkkitehtuuri vaihtelevat vuosittain. Lumilinnakauden aikana järjestetään viikoittaisia tapahtumia ja viikonloppuisin järjestetään ennalta sovittuja konsertteja, taikaesityksiä jne. Lumilinnassa esitykset ja tapahtumat on tarkoitettu sekä aikuisille että erityisesti perheen pienimmille. Lumikapelista on tullut Lumilinnan vierailijoiden pitkäaikainen suosikki, se on hyvä paikka rauhoittaa mieltä ja rauhoittua. Kappeli on ekumeeninen ja on kaikkien kirkkoryhmien käytettävissä. Siellä voit järjestää häät-, kaste- tai muita kirkkoon liittyviä tapahtumia. Vuosien varrella kymmenet pariskunnat ympäri maailmaa ovat pitäneet häät SnowChapelissa. Monille vierailijoille on lähtenyt lämpimiä muistoja Lumikapelista. Kappelissa on 60 istumapaikkaa.
