Göteborgin ja Göteborgin Landvetterin lentokentän läheisyys tekee Bjertorpista ihanteellisen paikan kansainvälisille kokouksille. Bjertorp Slott -kartano sijaitsee maaseudulla vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä moottoritien liittymästä, ja se on hyvin merkitty vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä moottoritien liittymästä hieman yli tunnin ajomatkan päässä E20-moottoritietä pitkin. Bjertorpin ympäristö inspiroi kaikenlaisiin kokouksiin, aina kahden ihmisen välisestä keskustelusta suureen kongressiin, jossa on 600 osallistujaa. Kaikki kokoushuoneet, yleiset tilat ja suurin osa huoneistamme sijaitsevat päärakennuksessa. Vain hyvin harvat hotellihuoneet sijaitsevat Metsästysmajassa, kartanon vieressä.
