Hotel Corte Valier is a new resort that shines as matter of comfort and elegance and that is ready to satisfy the expectations of attentive and exclusive international guests. This hospitality resort extends over a total area of 11.500 m2 right opposite the lake, along the romantic walking path that leads to the old town with its famous medieval castle. It offers 84 rooms all with lake view, 6 of which are suites. The ideal solution for meetings, congresses and events which will receive professional assistance through a personalized service, in scenery able to turn a job experience into a real pleasure. In the three modular meeting rooms, where up to 190 people can find place, our up-dated technology will contribute both to your business success and to your guests’ satisfaction. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
